As the brains behind Almagest, Tegan grew up in the outer suburbs of Melbourne, Australia where it all began. Starting out with a simple, 600 word creative writing assignment in year 11, it didn't take Tegan long to realize that she had something good going on. She felt the need to finish the story, and within a few weeks the concept of Almagest was born. Between finishing school and travelling across Australia and Canada, Tegan has spent the past several years working on her writing. Tegan now spends her time nestled deep in the modern jungle also known as Brisbane's outer suburbs.
